Chaotic, whirling extreme metal thick with atmosphere. You can see how more recent releases like Coscradh's Nahanagan Stadial drew inspiration from Teitanblood here. This is one of those albums you wanna strap in for the whole ride from start to finish to fully get. Camelus Dromedarius

I mean this is some weird shit. Suffocating dm, gritty sound and maniacal playing. But most bands will stretch these songs out to double the lengths here. Not Nexul - these songs are on fucking lockdown. "Paradigm of Chaos" the song is 22 seconds long and brings the Napalm Death spirit that I often crave. Did I mention the elongated spoken word passage and surprise piano near the end? Album cover also is like a "Magic Eye" pic from the 90s. I keep staring, to no avail. An awesome silver mystery. bcb723

never been a big death metal fan but this is actually super accessible for the genre, has fun concepts, and personally i'm always a fan of albums with short tracklists and huge runtimes (for individual songs) Great time, good jumping on point for newbies too. alienasu
