Every second of Urzeit's first full length drips with poison drained from whatever the world's most poisonous beast is. This is raw and unyielding, like any great black metal should be. Very well done stuff. Choco Latte
Swirling guitars, furious drums, vocals that at the same time howl from infinite distance and are right up in your head; everything put into dissonant form with the help of unconventional songwriting. This album is my personal key to the icelanding black metal madness that I've ignored for way too long! Lukas Kaufmann
This is in many ways an atypical release for Dark Descent, but it is par for the course in terms of overall quality. This is just a different sort of Greek black metal, quite different from most of Nox Formulae’s contemporaries in Greece. Do not let the absurdly over-the-top promotional blurb dissuade you from listening to this - while the album may not open gateways to a higher plane of consciousness, it remains very compelling material that is varied enough to firmly grab hold of you.
